Frequently asked questions

  • Where can I drop off my garments?
    Our shop (located on the lower Level of Galleria, entry via Elizabeth Street or Little Collins Street) is Australia's first automated dry cleaner and you can drop off and pick up your garments using our laundry lockers there. We pick up from a number of apartment buildings as well, but this service is for residents only.
  • Is delivery free?
    Yes! However, a minimum charge of $40.00 applies to all pick up locations, except for our shop at the Galleria. There is no minimum charge for orders made at the Galleria.
  • How are we environmentally friendly?
    We're proud to be PERC free! PERC, also known as “Perchloroethylene”, is classed by the World Health Organisation as a strong toxic solvent which irritates both skin and lungs, containing carcinogenic materials both harmful to the environment and humans. Unlike traditional dry cleaners, our advanced cleaning method uses no toxic chemicals, meaning it's not harmful to our customers or the environment.
  • What is the turnaround time?
    After you place an order, it will be picked up by our next available driver (same day or next day) and then delivered within three business days of collection. If it's an urgent matter, please mention this in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Are you able to provide a same day service?
    No, we're unable to provide a same day service.
  • How do I make payment?
    When you create an account online your payment details are stored securely within a system called NAB transact. Your card on file will be charged on the day of delivery and invoices are available to download in your online account. To view our full price list, please visit the pricing section of this website.
  • How do you know what is in my order?
    You do not need to let us know what is in your order unless you have special requests or alterations. When we process your order we make an itemized listing of your entire order (including costings).
  • How do I make special requests for my order or use your alterations service?
    If you have any special requests or alterations, please include details in the notes section when placing your order.
