My name is Luke and I just wanted to send you this email to introduce myself. My team and I are the proud new owners of Breezy Laundry Lockers - we took over about a month ago. Firstly, we wanted to apologise for any delays you may have experienced recently. We had some staff shortage issues when we first got started, but I can happily say we're now back on track and processing orders more efficiently.
We have some important changes and exciting updates to announce below:
Breezy is now PERC free!
PERC, also known as “Perchloroethylene”, is classed by the World Health Organisation as a strong toxic solvent which irritates both skin and lungs, containing carcinogenic materials both harmful to the environment and humans. Unlike traditional dry cleaners, our dry-to-dry wet cleaning method uses no toxic chemicals, meaning it's not harmful to you or the environment.
Call us!
We consider having a phone number absolutely essential to providing good customer service. We're pleased to advise if you have any enquiries about our service or an order, you will now be able to call us on (03) 9101 7808 (Mon-Fri 7am-6pm and Sat 7am-3pm).
The turnaround time?
After you place an order, it will be picked up by our next available driver (same day or next day) and then delivered within three business days of collection. If it's an urgent matter, please mention this in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Placing orders via SMS?
This mobile number "0417 194 541" is no longer in use. It wasn't working prior to us taking over and we are not able to get the same number so we have decided not to offer this as a booking option. Please visit our website or download our app to place orders going forward.
Price change?
After reviewing the prices, we feel the current price list is competitive and affordable. However, we're making some slight changes to the garment specials which will apply as of Monday. Click here to view the updated price list.
VIP bags are coming back!
We've just ordered more stock! If you haven't received one yet, you will soon receive one. Please use it every time you place an order. A $10 replacement fee applies.
